The assumption came from the fact that you said you were targeted by a killing role but you weren't killed. If Mr. P is to be believed then that would make 2 BP-like roles in a game. 

If there were a lot of Bulletproof roles, we can assume that there are also a lot of killing roles. The last Chartz game I played was the Metal Gear Mafia game, in which there was both a Serial Killer and a Vigilante. 

Ayy, I also assume that Baalz had no inclination to kill you tonight... heck there were way more valid targets even if he was overeager (not sure if stuff like that would flip(overeager vigilante must kill each night for clarification)).

You're leaping to conclusions and your claim is fishy. If you had just said you're proffing I'd have given you time to do what you want. Instead, I will call out what I see as illogical. You could have easily made the same conclusion while stating a third killer could know that Baalz didn't target you.
