I was enjoying prof's and your thoughts on the subject and didn't have a lot to add. I guess I could have said so explicitly. If anything I think I'm less enthusiastic about Stefl than you two are, but I'd prefer him to No Lynch.
The only original thought I have is that everyone seems to be taking it at face value that Stefl's original response to prof's vote is amusement, but there's a possible alternative explanation that he was trying to play off worry as amusement. Prof can be good at pushing lynches. This is a pretty weak hypothesis, though, since it may not give Stefl as much credit as he probably deserves.

I think if Stefl is third party he would be a safe lynch regardless of what his role was. The main positive side of lynching on day 1 is the amount of information that comes out of it. If we were to lynch a third party on the first day we would garner all the benefits without losing an actual townie in the fray.
