PS4 Players to Miss Out on Skyrim’s Huge Falskaar Mod

The Bethesda mod saga rages on today.

Falskaar, a sprawling landmass first created Alexander J. Velicky, is headed to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Special Edition on Xbox One, but PS4 players will miss out on the user-created expansion as it contains outside assets. It’s the controversial caveat that has prevented a string of mods from making their way over, and given this one in particular touts upwards of 20 hours of content, PS4 owners would be forgiven for feeling hard done by.

My take is this: it's not the end of the world. This latest edition will still have enough content and locations to keep anyone busy. If you want mods, you have to go PC.

hmmm, Well if you own both consoles I would pick the Xbox One version over the PS4 version for the mods, maybe if you have a 4k television and a ps4 pro that might make up the difference, but the base version the xbox deff wins.

Personally I have always had all the Bethesda games on my PC and the mods are really the most important thing for me :) the base game starts you up but the mods make the game last year(s)

Too bad. At least the mods are allowed but a shame about the restrictions not being on par with x1
