Samurai Warriors: Sanada Maru fully details castle town

Do some field work, or give an offering to Ksitigarbha.

Koei Tecmo has updated the Samurai Warriors: Sanada Maru official website with full details and new screenshots of the game’s castle feature, as well as a new

Get the information below.

■ Castle Town

Castle Town

You’ll get more castle towns as the story progresses, including Sanada Castle, Ueda Castle, and Osaka Castle. Furthermore, events will occur and new institutions will appear based on the town’s changes.

Raifukuji’s House

In Ueda Castle is the home of Sakyou Raifukuji. He collects conch shells as a hobby, and his entire home is filled with them. If you give him the conch shells you collect while playing the game, you’ll be able to unlock Warriors characters that don’t appear in the main story to use in Free Play from the Books Warehouse.

Field

By planting “seeds” in the field, crops will grow after a short amount of time. There is also a “ground-breaking” mini-game, and if you achieve a high score, your harvest will be abundant and you’ll grow even more vegetables and fruits. The fruits of your harvest will also increase in rank if you use rare seeds. Your harvest can be used for item synthesis and as gifts.

Ksitigarbha

You can offer your materials to the Ksitigarbha statue in town. After a short amount of time, a change will appear in the materials, and you can recover them by playing a mini-game. It’s rumored there’s something suspicious about the merchant always standing near Ksitigarbha.

Teahouse

At the teahouse, you can summon other Musou characters to exchange conversation and gifts. By giving gifts, you’ll raise your favorability level with that character, and if you reach the max favorability level, you can take them out in the field with you. Each character has their own favorite food materials.

Rare Shop

The Osaka Castle town is lined up with various shops, including a shop that deals in rare things that you can only find there.

Blacksmith

Strengthen your weapons using weapon materials obtained during exploration. By handing over materials and money, you can attach skills to your weapons such as “attack strengthen” and “attack range” enhancements, as well as the series’ mainstay attributes (Blaze, Shock, Frost, etc.), and strengthen your weapon to a maximum level of 99. The types of skills you can attach increases as the story progresses.

General Shop

If you give the General Shop the materials you obtain by doing such things as fishing and field work, it may be possible to synthesize a secret medicine you can use in battle.

Stable

At the stable you can purchase a horse to bring into battle. Depending on the town, you may be able to find rare horses.

Dojo

At the Dojo, it’s possible to learn new actions through practice. What you can practice increases as your level rises.

Warehouses

At the Books Warehouse, you can play previous battles by reading the “Long-Term Battle Recollection,” as well as hear commentary on the military commanders and battles that appear in the game by reading the “Sanada Maru Military History.”

At the Treasure Warehouse, you can enjoy the music and events from the game, as well as check your long-term battles at a glance.

Fishing Spots

At fishing spots, you can fish. Depending on your bait, you may be able to catch a rare fish. The fish you catch can be used in item synthesis or given as gifts.

Private Houses

The castle town is lined up with a large number of private home. Unlike at night, the town is vibrant during the day.

■ Secondary Battlefield

These are battlefields led by military commanders other than the House of Sanada. Play out a variety of battles that occur at the same time as battles in the main story, such as Ishida Kazushige and Otani Yoshitsugu’s western army versus the Tokugawa Ieyasu-led eastern army in the “Battle of Sekigahara,” which happened at the same time as the “Siege of Ueda.”

As someone who`s a huge fan of minigames I`m glad to see fishing and farming (even if that does seem a really strange minigame ) available.

I prefer cooking mini-games myself.

I wish Koei would let you explore more of the town. They are always waaay too limited.
