Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia today announced it will release PlayStation VR-exclusive title Summer Lesson: Hikari Miyamoto with Japanese voice-overs and English subtitles in Southeast Asia via PlayStation Network in early 2017.

The game allows players to interact and communicate with a girl named Hikari Miyamoto. Development began as an exploration of how Bandai Namco can bring new experiences to consumers via virtual reality. After its announcement in 2014, Summer Lesson has been used as a part of tech demos for PlayStation VR worldwide and received strong support from fans.

In Summer Lesson, players take on the role of a tutor, who helps their student Hikari Miyamoto with her studies during summer break. The story is set over seven days and provides “life-like interactions” with Hikari, including conversations and a variety of different situations.

Nb but I stopped being excited about Summer Lesson as soon as illusion announced their version with sex and nudity. Summer Lesson feels more so like a Strip Tease where as VR Kanojo (VR Girlfriend) is the real deal.

So we have something in common.  We like the same kind of Waifu.

90% of the game is looking at stuff and either nodding or shaking ones head if the trailers are anything to go by. So yeah, VR exclusive
