Just a head up so nothing more than this one sentence.

Or you know...you could do some actual googling and reference from an actual article rather than making a generic thread with one sentence in the OP....

I find that really weird to be honest. Why would I google to find an article stating the demo is out when I can just write 'The demo is out'? Have you any idea how insane that is LOL

*ahem*

I had a play. I can't say i was swept away, but it was ok, i guess. I bet the monster collecting with evolutions will be interesting, but i can't get over the stacking. It's just dumb.
Also i like the option for the classic menu. It made it much better. Sadly, it kept changing back at the beggining of every turn.

I don't think its gonna be like a glorious return to turn based, but it seems akin to something like a 4 heroes of light spin-off/all-star.

The demo is now live in the US.

I was a lot more interested in the game before I saw the stacking thing which really put me off. So hearing that others also think it`s dumb after they`ve tried it out isn`t really encouraging.

I've played thedemo for a bit now and you shouldn't hang yourself up on the stacking. It's just a visual representation of an ability system based on monsters. It's actually quite refined and seems to have quite a bit of strategical depth. You can even unstack and stack again during a fight.

What makes it even better is that the enemies stack as well which gives them more power and abilities while you're also able to topple them and break the stack. I did absolutely not expect this much depth from this game.

Also the monster catching system is a lot more like Pokemon than for example the monster captures in FFXIII-2 or FFX.
