Thanks for the info, did not know any of that. Very interesting concept. Here in Brazil we also have, for False Advertising a concept of monetary reparation backed by a law called Consumers Code. I was that thinking that the continuous lying and promisses, and charging a triple A game price for No Man Sky would put them into the "Snake Oil Salesman" category, which would be Lacerny here.
Anyway, as you said, they are not even american, so, it does not matter.
The lesson is, I guess, never buy a game before reading at least three reviews and always be prepared for the worst, like me when I bought 7 Days to Die. I expect a zombie survival game with no history or deeper meaning. That is what I got.
