 Crumpets are almost special occasion breakfasts too lol

 I make pancakes when I can be arsed.  I miss having them from when I was living in the US.

Crumpets are great, esp if you fill all the holes up with REAL butter.

OT: Do you mean american pancakes? If so then I'm not keen. I don't really like waffles either though, so I choose english muffins(again with REAL butter).
