Nothing yet about UDG on Steam, so not sure how long it will take for V3. It took years for the other games... And yes, it's better to play UDG before watching the Danganronpa 3 anime.

Danganronpa V3 is supposed to be different from Danganronpa 1 and 2, not the same storyline. But we never know...

I'm guessing PS4. The visuals do not push the PS4 hardware, but it looks pretty polished for a VITA game. Or course there could also be a VITA version.
