Are you buying a PS4 Pro WITHOUT a 4K TV?

Yes, mainly because many games will sure use the extra power to deliver better graphics at 1080p or performance, see Tomb Raider or Elder Scrolls online per example, even if they don´t do that, just by sumper sampling the image you will get a amazing IQ with all the settings intact or better!

Yep, I'm content with the improvements on a 1080p screen and besides, I game in my room which doesn't have much space for a large TV so I don't need a 4KTV. My brother(a PC gamer) has shown interest in buying a 4ktv so if he does so then I'll just play in his room.

Yeah I'm going to buy it and keep my TV. I'l take the 1080p benefits for now.

End of next year hopefully the type of 4k TV I'm looking for will be sub $1000. Currently $1300. And it needs to have good input lag which they currently don't in my range.

Unless you get a great trade-in deal or sell your original PS4 to offset the cost a PS4 Pro, I don't think it's worth the upgrade.

I game on a 55" Sony 1080p LED. I plan to buy a PS4 Pro to take advantage of the 1 TB HDD space and graphical enhancements over the 500 GB space and non-graphical enhancements of the slim. This will be my first PS4 console.

Im not gonna buy a 4k tv any time soon but ill buy the ps4pro day 1. Im happy with my 55inch 1080p tv

I have a 4k TV but I'm ready to switch it to 1080 if that improves the pro mode.

Yeah, I usually play games on my 1080p projector, so that supersampling should do wonders for my big screen. Now if only I wasn't a poor grad student and could afford a 4k projector...:)

I'll see what devs do with the Pro for 1080p TV owners. If more are like Crystal Dynamics with RotTR then I'll get one sans the 4K TV.

I'll get the PS4 Pro on the 10th and then I'll get a 4k HDR tv either black friday or cyber monday

i suspect the benefit will be quite noticeable on VR, so yeah... I'm buying the pro
