Why? What harm does it do?

All I care about is if it will run at 60 on Pro. Pro is the only reason why I even considered getting this but now it seems you can't even be sure of 60 FPS with the Pro.

Do you know how much storage costs?

OT: I don't really trust most impressions anymore. Not from people I don't already know and trust. That said, there are some games that I take one look at and just know I'll love them. I had that feeling with the Witcher 3 and Hyper Light Drifter, both are now among my favorite games of all time, and easily in the top 3 this gen. I'm getting that same feeling from Horizon. I'll guess we'll see, but I have a really good feeling about this one.

It is possible - they just chose not to go the 60fps route.

Wether is a conscient decision or a technical limitation the output is the same: Is probably not possible to play Horizon at 60fps.

You mean not possible on a non-debug PS4?

I guess, maybe a debug Ps4 is able to do 1080p 60fps instead of 4k 30fps, I don't really know, but doesn't look like is gonna be an option for non-debug PS4, which is weird, but that is how things looked on the conference.
