I'm with Mummelmann, I love my Racing games and TOCA series has always been the way to go. I'm really excited for the next TOCA which I think is being called 'GRID'. GT5:p is a very tempting purchase but in the US its coming out a little too close to GTA4 so I'll probably just rent it.

 well remember that everything you do in prologue is transfered to GT5.  There are benefits.

You need to set up an account using an address and stuff. the credit card you use needs to fit that address. so unless you have an address there and a credit card for it no you can not do that.

Europe is really getting in to the PS3 in a big way. The console is particularly strong there, and I expect Sony to keep up the pace.

 You're talking about the Japanese version which was, just last night, upgraded to the Spec II version to match up with the new European and eventual American releases. They have changed a LOT since then and really opened up the cusomization options as well as quite a few other improvements. 

 PAL is never a problem if you're playing in HD.
