I really take issue with them using Kojimas work like this. They have a right to do so (lawyers will assure us), but it just because its legal doesn't make it appropriate in the eyes of fans.

So wait, let me get this straight:Making AAA games is too much of a risk nowadays for Konami, but they dont have a problem to(what it seems like) rebuild the whole MGS 3 game for a pachinko version using modern graphics?Oh, fuck you Konami.

Dammit, those graphics look so good... why they dont sell their IPs to someone that cares about the games?Argh.

Konami owns the MGS franchise. They can do whatever they want with it. Even put it's name on candies. They couldn't care less about what is appropriate in the eyes of fans. They only care about money (as every company) and that slot machine is gonna print a lot of money from them. Can't find the link right now but Konami's slot machines are very popular in Japan.

They didn't rebuild the whole game. They just remade some new scenes.

This is the only way they will continue to make money with the MGS franchise. So sad to see this as a gamer.

This would be amazing but don't get your hopes up. If they plan on remaking something, they will probably start with the first one, i guess?

Well, good news is that Konami is working on a new MGS, since they were hiring new staff about it, one year ago.
