Looks like SKY let a few slip through the cracks. What a load of BS, not sure how you can pick and choose which you go after and have a legal battle lasting 3 years when there's 50 other games with the word in it you could point to for an example.

I think it's pretty obvious here that the only reason No Man's Sky got this problem is because Sky saw an oppertunity to make money of a game which will most likely be successful.

I find it very strange how No Man's Sky's lawyers couldn't just point to all those other games as a precedenct and get the case immediately dismissed.
