 OEM doesnt come with a heatsink, the retail version does.  Get the retail version.

 I can also go to Tigerdirect.ca but they'remore expensive than newegg, there's a place close to the boarder where you can ship your stuff and they'll hold it fot you.

Oh well, I had an Athlon 4000+ (socket 939 and 2.4ghz) and it was really nice especially compared to my parent's Dell with a 2.4ghz P4. Upgraded to a C2D e2160 and have it overclocked and it's good enough for now.
