Either Resistance 2 is amazing, Killzone 2 sucks, or a mixture of the two (mutual mediocrity).

Killzone 2 has been hyped since 2005 and it's now getting the second-rate September release. Remember Halo 3 was brought forward to September to avoid GTAIV (before it was delayed)? There was a tonne of talk about how much better the game could have done, and how many more consoles it could have shifted if it had hit in November.

What releasing them both in the same month would have been better ? They are the same genres thus need to be seperated to maximize success of both ips.

 A good 2/3 months is more then enought for one games hype to die off while the other takes its place.

 WTF would please you ? both being released in november.   

Expect impressive console numbers with these games.
