No... it says first avalible at 27th of may.

And its a resent thing, seeing it now the 24th, its too late into the month to have much effect.

Also this is just amazon, maybe if this offer or better is running other places? but if its just a amazon thing then no.

 

Lets see if it can stay ahead of the PS4 for the remaining days of may.

MS are making a HUGE mistake with this offer. Expectations are beyond a sustainable strategy and sales will drop even lower once this deal is done with. But as I've said before, this could well be their intent.

There was an error in my caclulation.  The bundle comes with the Limited Edition Halo 5 ($50) so the bundle has total savings exceeding $275.  

Also, my theory is that they have a lot of backstock of these items.

That's a given with MS but I don't think this strategy has as much to do with that as people think. It's better to appear as if you're trying your hardest and failing than it is to announce you're moving over to PC entirely. It leaves your userbase disappointed instead of resentful. Windows 10 is where all this is going and a rebrand is necessary.

I Think that this damage the Xbox Brand, this year the Xbox One already had a lot of deals while PS4 don't had a single deal.

It's already been damaged since the original launch, in my opinion. They have gotten some people to come back around, but it's not looking like nearly enough.

Probably Amazon just getting rid of excess stock.
