Yeah they could but it might be a couple more years until GTA6. I'm not a huge fan of GTA but if they did America I'd buy it

I've never minded waiting for games, and if Rockstar wants to take a few extra to take a stab at something not done before...I'm all for it.  Imagine how many hours you could sink into GTA - USA, or GTA - America (North, Central and South)...mmmmm.

I don't mind either. But yeah holy crap you could spend like 500 hours and still haven't explored the whole map

Having been to London, Miami, California and NYC, I can confidently say they're all different 'styles' of city, setting aside, for the moment, that California isn't a city.  GTAV has multiple different cities, which are spinoffs of different cities in California.
