TItan X came out in 2015, seems a reasonable chance that 4K gaming becomes affordable in 2019.

2019? 300$ for a GTX 970 or R9 390 and you can play at 4K locked 30FPS at High/Ultra settings.

The new video cards in 2016  will bring that cost even lower.

But putting a R9 390 into a PS4 = housefire + tornado

It's $470 here, will be 2019 before the Canadian dollar is back to normal :/
