A) maybe not all smartphone's will be able to run the game's.

B) it only said iOS & Android OS , no mention of Windows phone..so again that is " not All smartphone's "

You are implying , Sony to make their software for other hardware. And that was not just about mobile that right there is in reference to playstation 4/PSVR

You are implying to make their software Multiplatform..thus defeating the purpose of making Playstation Hardware!

Again if they did what you are implying with 1st party Exclusives to example PC

 

There would be post after post ..about Why purchase a Playstation console , when I can just use my PC where I can already play Xbox games and PC games and now Playstation Exclusives also..you really Think Sony wants to kill their console computer entertainment HUB for the living Room over to Help Further Remove the Reason for consumers to purchase their Eco system? Playstation is not just A "game console" its an Eco system..so its not just about selling every game the company makes across every platform Eco systems that Sony has no real vested interest in helping Bolster that Eco system over their own for short term Profit at the expense of growing their own Eco system.
