Well Universal maybe a bit strong a word for now. But with VR available on mobile, PS4 and PC there are certainly a majority involved and plenty of availability.

It feels universal to a degree, we'll see how it pans out over the enxt 3-4 years. For now I'm not exactly ecstatic but hopeful it won't turn into another gimmick from the 90's.
