Me neither.  When the clock strikes 2pm EST, the gates will open up and information will start pouring through.

Oh, and I can't wait to see who predicted the price correctly

Sorry to ruin your day...but it's 2pm PST...those of us on the East Coast have to wait until 5pm :(

Thanks I actually meant PST.

Thanking you kind sir

Thats helpfull... europeans dont get the PT / PST or eastern, mountain?,western whatnot times.

Rest of the world uses GMT... wish americans would too.

What? How can the rest of the world us GMT? Then the time would be the same in Tokyo as it is in Berlin, or London...that doesn't make sense...

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

But...GMT isn't a system...it's a timezone...UTC is the system that our clocks run on, and it's used in the U.S. and the rest of the world.

I assume that what you're trying to say is that they should post the times in GMT, but that doesn't really make a lot of sense...

That is what Im trying to say.

If you want international attention from a PR event, you should use what they do internationally.

Why doesnt that make sense?

Because it's a closed event for the press, and all of the press that are going are going to be physically in the time zone where the event is taking place. It's also an American event, so why would they display the times in a time zone from outside the U.S?

Live blogging... so maybe a few pictures and some commentary on whats happending at the event.

*sighs*

They should just livestream it instead.

easy, besides the name of our own time zones we usually also know how much it's apart from the GMT

for example I live in CET/GMT+1

now if the time was announced as 2pm PT/GMT-7 everybody could easily calculate when it's in their own time ( for my location: 2pm + 7 + 1 = 10pm)
