Wii60 owner like myself and nearly dual console owners in my experience.

The 360 is a great machine but a touch noisy.

Games you should get hold of.

Bioshock
Mass Effect (my fave game on the console)
Dead Rising (the reason I got the console)
Gears of War

It is pretty noisy but lately my Wii has been going crazy and is a lot louder than my 360.  Get Dead Rising,  I'm going to get it in the next few weeks.

Hi, this is Vince with Shamwow.

Seriously, skip the intercooler. They have been known to cause major problems up to and including death to your 360 and/or getting so hot they fuse to the back of your unit. If you got a new console, just play it and skip the worries about intercooling... Just keep it in an area where the hot air can escape and be replaced by cooler air and you'll be fine.

I hate trolls.

Systems I currently own:  360, PS3, Wii, DS Lite (2)
Systems I've owned: PS2, PS1, Dreamcast, Saturn, 3DO, Genesis, Gamecube, N64, SNES, NES, GBA, GB, C64, Amiga, Atari 2600 and 5200, Sega Game Gear, Vectrex, Intellivision, Pong.  Yes, Pong.

If you like WRPGs, Oblivion is a great choice.

But not as great as Mass Effect.

I think it's a matter of taste.  I have over 500 hours into Oblivion, having played it through many times with a variety of classes (I'm now playing a customized monk that doesn't use any weapons, and surprisingly I'm kicking serious butt).  Just got Mass Effect, and while the role playing, etc. are very good, I'm a big fan of Medieval/Fantasy RPGs.

An option I have used that's worked well (my system has been running for over 18 months), is the Pelican cooler that sits on the bottom of the unit and blows air through the system... it's a much lower rate of air flow than the intercooler, but much, much quieter and it just plugs into a USB port for power.  I even have my machine lying down (but you will need to find the unit that doesn't have the storage trays to do this).

Easter Presents!?! I gotta call my mom. She screwed me outta 18 years worth of presents. And congrats on the 360. It's an awesome system. See you online!
