If you love MS games so much, then why not put your trust in them to make a great Battletoads game and not get Indies to do their job.

Please explain how MS doesnt have a good rep with Indies and how Shovel Knight didnt do to well on XB1? I cant find the figures anywhere. From what i remember wasnt it the 360 that brought Indies to consoles or atleast made them popular? as for figures Shovel Knight is sold as a Digital only game on the XB1.

If your going to make a great game you get the best to make it. Yacht Club clearly have what it takes and are worthy enough in my books to make Battletoads, as there tie-in with Shovel Knight was fantastic, they even did the music right.

Not really. The term indie, when it comes to gaming, became popular during the 7th gen, but there were already countless independant developers making games for the PS1 and PS2, for example.
