Um what? You do know that Ratchet & Clank and likely Gravity Rush are owned by Sony, right?

Developed by Sony Japan Studio? I don't think there's any likely about it...

I didn't know if it was first party or if it was developed by a third party like R&C.

Bravely Second would be an odd choice because it was built on the 3DS and the screen is very small :p

Well Final Fantasy III and Final Fantasy IV were also built on the original DS but were ported over to PC eventually - granted it was the Mobile version which on its own was also a DS port. So it is possible especially since its not a 1st party title.

The rest mentioned have little to no chance. Two of the titles mentioned are Sony first party and the other one is a third party IP owned by SEGA but funded by Nintendo for their system - there's a possibility but who knows.

Weren't they originally on the NES/SNES?

It was remade completely for the NDS so remaking it again for other systems and consoles isn't unheard of..

Well they should but they will never. Because some games deserve to be treated like shit by their vengeful slave owners.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

In terms of Sony: Sony will continue to use their bigger IPs to push the PS4 and their future platforms (PS VR, PS5). On PC they'd get $20-$30 per copy for games like Rachtet and Clank and Gravity Rush 2, the way they've done it in the past and they're doing it now they can charge you $350 for the console and if the game has online functionality an extra $50 a year, not to mention the money Sony makes of other purchases you'd make in the future in the PSN Store.
I think you already should be happy that Sony is bringing games such as Helldivers to PC (and Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is rumored to be coming to PC).

I just think because of that PC-Gamers know that #PCMasterRace obvious isnt that great, otherwise they just would give a shit about Console and care about THEIR Thing but noo.....^^
This only goes to the PC-People who refuse to buy Consoles for Games that arent on PC because Consoles are so "Shit" in their opinion and that here is my opinion as always :D

You're right. PC gamers don't give a shit about consoles. They do however give a shit about games. And apparently more than consoles gamers because they love seeing their exclusive games strangled, never to be able to reach their full potential.

I do own a Wii U and PS4. And I will buy all exclusives that I want to. But right now I'm at a point where I won't even bother to play them on my consoles because my fun is robbed by bad performance.

BTW exclusives are generally bad for consumers, not just PC gamers. There is absolutely no reason to support them unless you're a shill for those companies. That's why you see so much console owners crying because they can't play all the games with their console of choice.

Bayo 1 should definitely be on PC, I can't understand why it isn't.

I think it would be no skin off Sony's nose to release the PS2 Ratchet and Clanks on PC. Heck it might just get some people interested in buying a PS3/4 in order to play the 7th and 8th gen games. Actually, for any exclusive franchise that spans several generations there is probably more to be gained than lost about releasing 2-gen old games onto PC.

Without console manufactors baking these games you wouldnt see them. Consoles do more good for innovation and are more pro consumer overall. PC is owned by Third parties thats why you so much DRM and always online on this platform

Everything but Bayonetta 2 has a chance.

Ratchet and Clank and Gravity Rush are owned by Sony, so no they will never appear on PC, that's why you don't see Bloodborne, Until Dawn, Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, The Order 1886, Knack, The Last of Us, Uncharted, Infamous, etc... on PC, because Sony owns their IPs so the only way to play them will be on PS4.

Same thing can be said about some (indie) games being only available on PC, but most of them are already coming to PS4 or are already available like Among the Sleep, Grow Home, Gone Home, Layers of Fear, Amnesia, etc...
