You would have Hitler rehabilitated and sent out into the world again if we had caught him? That's more of a crime then killing him.

I am not in favor of the total abolishment of the death penalty, but there is a big difference between "lock him up and throw away the key" and DEATH.

Locked up for life? So you would end his life, just not in the same way. Seems kind of cruel if you ask me. I mean, if an animal was lame and going to die a painful death, I would shoot it and put it out of it's misery. I guess I could just watch it suffer until it died on it's own, but that just seems cruel.

So a life of gang rapes in the shower and beatings in the yard until he dies of violence or old age in a concert box. What part of that is not killing a man?

I guess you can tell your god "hey, it's not like I killed him" and feel better about yourself that way.

 Indeed I can. Prison is about punishment (though all beatings and rapes in the shower should be put a stop to, the punishment is the confinement), the death penalty is killing somebody, thats not punishment.

This F**king pisses me off. They're probably addicts, or claim insanity to get out, then they live to do it again. I feel so sorry for that woman. If I had caught them doing this, I wouldn't care if I had to go to jail, I'd shoot their f**king brains out.
