If you just want more songs, then I would definitely recommend because even though I played it a lot, I haven't played every song, just the ones I generally like :p

What is the difference between the first one and Curtain Call?

One is the sequel to the other.. and has a lot more songs

Not including DLC, Curtain Call has over 200 songs compared to the original with around 70

The 2nd also has improved layouts and allows for button inputs (the first can only be played and navigated via the stylus)

I think that the scoring system is improved as well (Easier to get SSS and SS ranks in Curtain Call)

And they improved the character's abilities, stats and add more stuff :p
