As for whether or not it all points to God or not. Who can say.

I don't see how the old system suggests their is no god either.

All it would show is that god has a maturity level that is much higher then your average Sim City player.

If anything, to me the old science seemed MORE god friendly as it pointed to everything being exactly "perfect". Miracles can be eaisly proven in such a world, as things that just can't happen do.

You can say the odds are agaisnt humans existing and everything being just right so we can exist... but the problem in a world that's nothing but probabilties is just that... probabilties.

Even the most unlikeliest of circumstances can happen, and will... given enough time.

Man there is way way way to much reading, my head hurts already from working for 6 hours :( but I read a fair bit so sorry if I end up repeating something some ones already said but I agree with all this new "science" that’s coming out, especially to do with the fractal design of the universe which covers the placing of galaxies to the placing of seeds on flowers to the sub atomic stuff, their is an incredible amount of mathematical design that covers everything in creation (the golden rule of proportion is another, and so is phi which a lot of stuff is based on) and this concept of the chaos theory seems to explain the concept of God and his control over the universe pretty well. In the beginning there was light (according to the creation account) and for any one who has researched this from a “big bang” theory they will have found that even non God believing scientists believe that the universe was full of pure energy in the very beginning. It then began to cool and form everything. Pure energy could be considered complete chaos, (for those who know about energy) so it’s not such a far fetched thing to think that God would and can create complete chaos. But its not a death kind of chaos, God calls it “good.” So an entire universe that is based on chaos is awesome from a creation point of view, it confirms Gods control over the chaos. He says that as long as he is ruling there will always be night and day and the seasons (I just don’t know where to find it in scripture cos I’ve forgotten! But its there) so the bible states he’s in control of this universe that sits in a fine balance of completely falling in on itself.

It doesn't however prove that life can form on other planets because that would then be bringing in an assumption that the chaos is some how performing creative acts but from the bible we see that the chaos can do nothing but be chaos, it needs a creator to model it.

 You have free will.  Don't disbelieve in god just because you believe in science and enjoy life.

Yeah, pretty much what I got out of it was that the author jumped to conclusions on a lot of issues.

While its true things like the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle do cause problems in quantum mechanics I think most people will notice that in their every day lives this doesn't really have an effect on them. Your car starts, or it has an explainable reason why it doesn't, etc....

I won't delve into it but suffice it to say it was interesting, but not exactly well informed on all accounts.

Hmm  a good read, but as another user posted Fractles and Chaos are not compatable from what I understand either. Although Fractles are random patterns from the eye, they have had human hands create their equations. Nothing a person can do is random from the truest meaning. Everything we ever do is consious or sub consious (Pending split personality or other mental differences I imagine). From what I understand everything in life needs its opposite.

Good and Bad

Light and Dark

Chocolate and Vinalla

Random and planned

Sadly I have never seen one thing in my life I can truly say is random, if you bring the word back to the roots of its meaning, what has truly never been planned? The universe or scientists both have creation stages in the way the versus were created, both have reasons of how, do they know why though?

Of course not, because if you knew why the universe was created you would know the reason for life and death and love and pain, everything we would have done so far would have been planned! Omg Apifiany! ( To lazy for a spell check sorry :( )
