More games for more people. That's only ever a good thing in my eyes.
True, it might hurt MS' ability to sell XbOnes, but I personally would like to see a future with one, public domain console format, rather than three companies keeping the market artificially divided not for the consumer's benefit, but for theirs.
And when you think about it, due to their experience, due to their experience with the open PC platform, MS is in a better position than Sony and in a WAY better position than Nintendo to spearhead such a future.
But they won't. There's still too much money left in the current format-war model.
