So, I got a little tired of the crappy graphics of current MH games (thank you 3ds...)and decided to give MHO a try when I saw it went into open beta state.
My thoughts on the game so far are mixed.I like some of the mmo aspects, but there are others that just don't work in a MH game.The combat was expanded a bit too compared to current 3ds games.The graphics are great, the game uses CryEngine 3 and makes fair use of it.What I like the most about the game though is that the realism of the environment makes the monsters feel more alive than any MH game before it.
Overall the game still needs a lot of work(like an english patch)but considering the game is still in beta state, I'd say they have plenty of time to improve it.
