I dont know if you mean that is a positive or negative way, but I dont think we're going to any major graphical jumps. I think they've found a level they're happy with and stick within it. This is just showing the level environmental detail they're aiming for.

 

It was neagative but only from a news perspective: to me it looks just the same as it looked at E3; I won't complain about/praise the graphics simply because it's just a style that I find somewhat unappealing...
