I think part of it is also just showing Kojima off.... its like free PR, because of how many fans he has.

I would say that it is more of a VideoGame Passion Revival Tour after all those years slaved by Konami.

You cant underestimate how frustrating must be to be forced to make stuff that you dont want, you start to lose the love that you had for your career.
