I thought I'd heard that they only answer questions from those with the paid Insider accounts who get a special link to send them in. Could be mistaken though.
Yeah, just submit to mailbag, they pick what they want to put in video or answer through an article or simply delete.
I could have sworn they said they got it from the forums.
