FZero and Wipeout are both pretty niche in my opinion. Does anyone remember Extreme-G on the N64?

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

I used to love wipeout a long time ago. I had Wipeout, Wipeout XL (2097), and Wip3out. The N64 version wasn't too bad either. XL is still my favorite of the series. Hell I have the PSX/Saturn and the PC versions of the game, haha! I also picked up the soundtrack too. Awesome music! :D

I haven't tried the PSP versions (as I don't have a PSP) and I'm not planning on getting the HD version (unless I happen to buy a PS3 sometime in the future...)

starcraft: "I and every PS3 fanboy alive are waiting for Versus more than FFXIII.
Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

I really like WipEout but I wish they would bring out a new complete WipeEout game on the PS3 already instead of wasting time with a small sample of what the complete game would be like.

This is the same reason I won't be getting Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. I want the complete Gran Turismo 5 experience.

Give me a complete WipEout and Gran Turismo please please please!

My first Wipeout was XL for the PS1. It was my third PS1 game after Tomb Raider and Resident Evil. It was a nice change of pace, but nothing I fell in love with. I used to put the disc in my car and listen to the soundtrack, though. I hated all the F-Zero's except the original too, though.

Oh yeah! With the motorcycles and stuff! That game was cool! :) Though I liked F-Zero X too.
