I'm not sure why we should have that starting condition. PS has failed to do that 3 out of 3 generations so far. 6th gen it was 6:1, 7th gen it was roughly 1:1, 8th gen so far hasn't reached 2:1 but it is close. So assuming the 8th gen is going to be 2:1 this has only been a phenomenon in 33% of the generations where Xb and PS have both been on the market.

9:8 LTD in the USA is about right I think.

Pachter became an Xbot because of FO3? Well he was kinda stupid to buy FO3 on PS3 in the first place.
