Yeah, TGA's  are kind of fucked, being so close to PSX.  They're getting the b are minimum from Sony lol, and they pretty much got it, that UC4 trailer was a remix of things we'd already seen, and that fragment of the cutscene w/ that woman.  That having been said, I'd rather Sony save it all up for PSX anyway.  VGA's are idiotic.

Yep, same team does them both.  Some of the artists might do some concept work ahead but most of the team works on one at a time.  They're probably working on Fallout DLC right now.  TES VI is probably four years away at the least.
