PC architecture is going to best associated with the Xbox 360?

I guess you could mean control scheme wise (with keyboard support), but I think Halo Wars will be a good indicator in that respect.

I believe the PS3 has more to offer than the XBox 360 in regards to RTS games. The only genre XBox 360 excels in at the moment over PS3 is FPS but the PS3 shooters will get better especially the exclusive PS3 titles: Uncharted, MGS 4, Resistance 2, Kill Zone 2, SOCOM, etc.

Quite the opposite in fact.

AT THIS POINT the 360 has the superior RPG, JRPG, racer and shooter library over the PS3.  But it absolutely dominates in in RTS titles.

The only genre where the PS3 outdoes the 360 is platformers due to R&C, but that will probably change by the end of the year because BK3 will be far better, and Kameo was pretty good.

It's not like Blizzard would ever gimp the PC version to do it either. Starcraft is too important, they'd make a brilliant PC game then port it to the 360 and maybe the PS3.

Blizzard's games are never too demanding on the hardware... I believe you'll be able to play Starcraft 2 with a pretty average computer.
