After Mnementh's thread on Battle for Wesnoth, I thought I would highlight another excellent free software game: Nexuiz. It is an FPS game with a solid online multiplayer experience, and Nexuiz 2.4 has recently been released with improvements in every area from AI to graphics.

The focus is on balanced, fun and deep gameplay in online deathmatches; however the graphics can rival some of the latest commercial games. It is released under the GPL, so it is free to use, modify and distribute. 

It is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

I played it too (some years ago)

I believe Team play > deathmatch

so I believe

Wolfenstein Eemy Territory (FREE) > Nexuiz (FREE)

Play it again. It is constantly in development, so the graphics, AI and experience improve every release, unlike W:ET. It is also free as in freedom, again unlike W:ET.

I played a wolfenstein game, after it was free in a pc gamer disc, needless to say I couldn't get into it.



And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one...
