This one made me laugh for some reason.

I think when the character saw the vans in the 360 version he just went meh. When he saw the giant armoured Hummer thing in the Xb one version he came, and so that's why there's white stuff all over the ground.

Nah, if that was their focus then it'd make more sense to just not release a 7th gen version at all. They might get some extra sales, but purposely releasing a shitty product would likely do more harm to the brand than good. To be honest, ignoring the lack of SP, it doesn't actually look that bad (relative to past 7th gen CoD titles), especially considering it's obviously far from their main priority.

but why does black ops 3 look worse  on ps3 and xbox 360 than what black ops 2 did, ghosts and advanced warfare

They obviously don't see the PS3 and 360 versions as a particularly big priority, so they're very linearly porting it rather than taking the time to properly rebuild the game (e.g. rather than build a simpler version of the view behind the glass in the third pic, they just screened it out). Personally i don't think they should be bothering at all.

I think they are really bothering for peolpe who only buys the ps3 version or the xbox 360 version. Look at one of the pictures and look at the trees. It looks like the game is in alpha or something. You should make time to atleast make a proper port for many people. COD/activision has tons of money. Making a bit more effort into the ports should not take that much money or development time, after all its just ports

It can be difficult to make a good port of something that's not suited to being linearly scaled back, but i agree they should be putting more effort into it. That they don't seem to believe it's worth it is why i don't think they should be bothering at all.
