Thing is I don't see any retailer showing they are out of stock. And since it's online it's not like they can't make the sell and promise a later delivery date.

If you go into a retailer with the Sony Blog promotion they will have to sell you the NDC bundle for $299 no matter what, because otherwise you can sure Sony for false advertising. Online you don't really have the same leverage.

Oo? Is this how it works in the US? That´s messed up...
If I have a Store and sell products higher than their MSRP then the producer of said product will be held responsible for my scalping?
EDIT: MSRP - "manufacturer's suggested retail price" this is nothing legally binding after all, so there should be no suing possible.

Right, I overlooked the MSRP in the blog quote. Well then, nothing to see here then. Retailers have no obligation to sell at that price.

Well, having a short term stock issue isn't a bad thing, it adds to the perception of being the thing to have. So long as supplies are replenished very soon, and that there is a decent amount of stock through December. A day or two of low stock won;t make much difference.

Humbled Greenberg? Sony won BF confirmed. No other interpretation from such a miracle.

Great news for Sony then.

Still $299 at Walmart and Gamestop. Two biggest retailers.

$349 at Target Bestbuy and Amazon.

Walmart bestseller list has ND bundle at #1 and both the physical and download version the top two consoles.

Still don't know how reliable it is when it looks like the Halo bundle is ahead of the gears bundle.

The price raised again is probably them trying to get some more money on the stocks they have left. Is this done by all retailers??

Wow ps4 is not budging from that #1 spot. Looks like Sony gave Amazon the biggest part of the BF stock cause they're still not out of stock.

Sony should have definitely dropped to $299 officially.

Well if you think thats amazing:

Best Buy: http://tinyurl.com/lmz5wg4

GameStop: http://www.gamestop.com/browse?nav=28-xu0

PS4 is dominating those retailers as well.

the only decent reasonable online besteller list ist amazon because 100% of amazon online sales are amazon sales

for every other retailer those online sales are in the range between 2 and 10% o the total retailer sales.
and im not even sure, if this lists are real bestseller lists, or some kind of marketing lists aswell. probably a mix of both

so i hope you're up for a big suprise when november npd is released and ps4 is only winning by < 100k units or even loosing the month.
because neither console is dominating this holiday.
