Vivarium has made some amazing games Seaman, Seaman 2, Odama, Sim Tower etc..  Although unheard of by many Sim Tower is an amazing game that came out in 1994. Published by Maxis and developed by the eccentric genius Yoot Saito, the game has a cult following around the world.

 As the name suggests, the objective is to construct and manage a towering skyscraper and keep its occupants happy.One of the key activities of the game is effectively managing and building elevators in order to allow occupants to move between floors efficiently. Fires, bomb threats/bombings and cockroach infestations in uncleaned hotel rooms were the main challenges besides the financial aspect.

A GBA version called The Tower SP was released in 2006, to very critical reviews. Lets hope the Dual Screen, touch interface helps Vivarium iron out the problems and include improvements from Yoot Tower.
