This is not the primary thread anymore, there was a thread made around 3 weeks ago when we got the date annoucement and the guy wanted to make it the TGS thread, and as his thread was older I let him take it.

Check the OP, the link is there, and he also updated the PS Japan English Youtube Stream there.

If the person didn't want to keep their thread updated and relevant I wouldn't grant his wish just because he made a small post to secure the right =]

Indeed. Best thread should take priority not whichever comes first.
