I can't speak about frequency, because it is somehow hard to see games ads on TV in my country.

But about quality, i think there was improvements over NoA usual work (what is not that hard to be honest, but still).

I think it's pretty good, NoA Super Mario Maker is better than Splatoon's for sure

I think the marketing is very good, they're really pushing the game. Really good commercials that explain the game well, NoA really stepped up their game.
