I guess you're talking about the part I edited in then edited out again. I didn't mean "lie" literally, that was kind of a joke, but I do think it's not what it was cracked up to be. Where do you "see" it working well? This country is not in as good shape as it was when Republicans were not the policymakers.

Yeah, I agree the Republocrats suck. Or should I call them the Democans? Either way they FAIL. Overall I am more conservative. I have seen anecdotally evidence of this. Kids out of high school starting their own business in IT. Tax cuts for businesses may not increase the pay of janitorial staff, but it could hire more janitors if they need it. This is better for more people than a tax cut for the people who pay no taxes other than payroll taxes.
Right, but look at it this way: If a rich person/business owner gets money, SOME of that goes to poor people/employees. If a poor person gets it, it ALL goes to poor people. There's no way around that. (BTW, I wonder whether both of our oversimplifications are getting to the point that they're losing real-world significance.)

meh, not terribly interested in this topic today. Maybe some other day I will jump into a economic debate. But I stand by what I say.
