Ah seems to be different situation here in Texas.
I was paying low 40s for 18 mbps for DSL.
Time Warner has up to 100 mbps for about 55 or so after tax and charges (such as modem leasing).
I don't do TV or home phone so I have no clue on those packages. I just stick to internet and get my TV viewing through Netflix and Hulu (which is getting less and less since Colbert and Jon Stewart left Comedy Central).
