Idk if I will ever play MGSV since I could not stomach more than 20 minutes of MGS4. Though, I know it's like a prequel. Love the franchise. Now MGS4 would be a nice BC game to have, or a "remaster".

V seems to focus on gameplay so you should be fine.

You should try out Ground Zeroes. It's dirt cheap now, and gives a taste of how MGSV is going to be like. I wasn't interested in V after MGS4 ended up being a huge disappointment for me, but after playing Ground Zeroes, MGSV quickly jumped into a must have.

I may be buying Until Dawn eventually. First I'll see if it's good (at least to play with friends/cousins) and then I'll wait a bit for the price to drop.
