That's what i heard as well, in the vid. Holy crap.

I'm guessing a lot of them are like Cat Killer 1, Cat Killer 2, and so on, but that's still a lot of potential differentiation between builds.  New Vegas had 88 regular perks.

I will be going stealth/sniper/rifles in my first play-through, regardless, as always.  I wonder if cooking will function like before so you don't have to upgrade some things all the way ...

I always need the Perk for silent while crouching. That's how I roll, stealth + Meele all the way shishkebabbing the shit out of everyone.

Yeah, i love the rifles aspect as well as going for intelligence. This is the game i've wanted the most, since Fallout 3 & New Vegas. I'm like a little kid waiting for Christmas, right now. Can't wait for my 2 Pip Boy editions to arrive.

Melee?  You're one of those people?  I feel like I don't even know you anymore.  Silenced guns are where it's at, obviously.

I hope there is a "move faster while crouched" perk that opens up soon.  I love that in other games.

Silenced weapons are overrated. Drenching oneself on the blood and pieces of flehs of your enemies is where it is at. And fighting Deathclaws face to face with meele while doing rounds and rounds around a dead tree to evade getting hit. XD

Like there are enough Mini Nukes in the game to go that way. :P

I once cheated and got myself unlimited Mini Nukes in New Vegas and went on a nuclear killing spree...good times.
