What you should be unimpressed with is ATi failing to put any pressure on nVidia to do anything besides milking the G92.

The g92 was always going to be refreshed, infact they forced NV's hand by making them release the g92 early. Look to a g92 refresh to 55nm to go under the NV big next generation card. This will be competing with the ATI R700 generation.

Uhm, if you'd read my post you could have deduced that pretty easily =P

The driver they are using is still not finished and as a result there are some serious issues with AA. Also, quality AA is more and more taxing at high resolutions but it also is less and less needed at higher resolutions as well.
