Is that why rise of tomb raider is coming to xbox one with no ps4 announcment? Money means more than console base because not every ps4 owner is going to buy rise of tomb raider and difference between ps4 and xbox one game sales isn't that much especially since microsoft is winning North America which has the highest software attach ratio.

An install base double of it's competition equals money to third party publishers. It's obvious that you live under a rock and you have nothing of interest to contribute to the thread so I'm just gonna ignore you.

Because all of a sudden, we're just going to take sweethoohj's words as gospel over a GAF moderator, who actually knows Square Enix's inner works. Right? Right....?

Read better dude, he didnt contradict himself at all, he said " first party", Sunset Overdrive is not first party but 3rd party ( they dont even own the IP ) so he is right

Read the part when I said Forza Horizon 2 and Halo the Master Chief Collection.

Neither of which are exclusive to XBox One, they're both games on other platforms and while Microsoft may own Forza Horizon Playground Games aren't owned by Microsoft.

Still the point stands, neither of those games/packages of titles are exclusive.

We're also 6 months into this year and Microsoft are yet to release a single Xbox One exclusive, they don't have anything new slated until Halo 5 releases in October, that's absolutely disgusting and it's why Xbox One isn't pulling ahead in sales globally!

Blood borne is like the only good exclusive ps4 retail game this year. Xbox one is getting Halo 5, rise of the tomb raider and forza 6 more than likely.

Hmmm, you missed MLB 15: The Show and the PS4 will be getting Until Dawn, Tearaway Unfolded, God of War III Remastered, and the Journey Trilogy collection.

Oh, and since you said exclusives, then allow me to bring up the 3rd party exclusives like Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD which came out last month as well as Disgaea 5, Dragon Quest Heroes, Sword Art Online: Lost Song, Persona 5, Godzilla, J-Stars Victory Vs+, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3, and Deception IV: The NIghtmare Princess down the line.

i mean im still salty about tomb raider i loved the first one. but bloodborne will be the best.

im gonna buy the xbone for quantum break.

if wasnt obivious i love 3rd person shooters

Correction Bloodborne is a great exclusive, the highest rated exclusive from either PS4 or XBox One's library, Xbox One's still waiting to get anything exclusive this year.

As for Bloodborne being the only good retail exclusive, well Tearaway Unfolded is a retail exclusive, FYI the Vita game was regarded as a Game of the Year contender and the new game is not only  massively improved, but it also has a tonne of new content.

Fat Princess Adventures is another retail exclusive for PS4, the series always scores pretty well too and is regarded as very fun to play.

Rise of the Tomb Raider isn't an exclusive, it's coming to 360 at the same time it releases on XBox One and it's most definitely coming to PS4 and PC after the Holidays.

So PS4 has at least 3 guaranteed good retail exclusives, XBox One has maybe 2 so far.

Sony also has a tonne of new games to announce at E3, Until Dawn could end up being great as well, then there's the enormous amount of other games comign to PS4, like Rime, Drawn to Death, Deep Down, Kill Strain, so what if they're not retail, they're still games, they're being developed by some of the best studios in the world and they're only coming to PS4.

Teraway is on the vita so it isn't exclusive, and fat princess doesn't score that well (less than 80 on metacritic). Also, its just an indie games. So it leaves you with Bloodborne. No ps4 version was announced for rise of tomb raider. Just wishful thinking, until it shows up it is exclusive to xbox systems. Also, there is a lot of games coming to xbox one as well. Unlike sony, microsoft tries to release accurate time frame for their games instead of waiting 5 years for a game. For example, where is TLOU?

And next year is Forza Horizon 3, Fable and Gears. MS keeps on releasing these same games over and over every year. You realize there are more Forzas than GTs and GT came out seven years before Forza!?!? Also anyone who believes RotTR won't be on PS4 is kidding themselves.

- Tearaway is on the Vita. Tearaway Unfolded is on the PS4.
- So you already visited the future and saw Fat Princess Adventures' metacritic? Interesting...
- No PS4 version is announced for Rise of the Tomb Raider yet. Saying that it is an Xbox exclusive is wishful thinking when evidence has shown that it is timed for 4-6 months.
- TLOU was delayed for a month. LOL.

So? If the franchise is any good people want more. Also, who cares if there are more forza games than gt games. Forza since the 7th generation has been scoring better than the GT series. GT5 took forever and still couldn't get a higher score than forza 3 and 4. Forza 5 was pretty good, but was obviously a fast release to make xbox one launch look better. Forza 6 will be the true next forza game. And lastly, RotTR hasn't been confirmed on ps4, until it is you can't say anything about being on the ps4. Microsoft could've bought it for the whole generation for all you know or for the next 100 years.
