Lot of people felt that way based off the KI community even before Cinder's offical reveal. He was basically just a human siloute on fire in the original.

Either way, if you do like the old version, as i said he is still in there as well with the Retro Costume just like all the other characters. So whether you like new or old youll be happy. Though there will always be a few people who complain

The cloak was cheap and ineffective. On this one he is really a human torch.

He is gonna have a reto costume though.
